Flemish 681 wooden sewing box

Unavailable
Flemish 681 wooden sewing box. This box has seen it's share of wear as a sewing box. It has a silk pink liner (worn) and the front hinge is broke and the back right corner hinge has the wood split and needs reglued. This is still a prime example of how intricate these boxes were. It needs a little TLC, but can be restored without much work. It has a few over 20 sea shell buttons with the 2 holes at top, a few eye and hooks and round metal rings, these were all with the box when purchase. The buttons are pre 1900, but I imagine the box is early 1900's. The price has been reduced because of damage
