First Edition copyright 1955, Pillsbury Mills, Inc. There is no other publishing information. Front cover reads Compliments of Pillsburys Best Flour and there is also an original label that reads 1955 Grand National Recipe Book 25 cents. There are colored and black and white photos to go with many of the recipes. There is a picture of many of the winners along with their recipes. There are 96 pages of recipes in this book. The inside top front page has a small stain. This cookbook appears to have not been used and we consider it to be in excellent condition. This book measures approximately 8 1/8 x 5 1/4 inches wide.
