This is an OLD 10kt gold ( marked inside ) Victorian baby ring that has tiny bead work on the edges and a diamond shape on all sides. Much nicer than the photos and obviously hardly worn. This is just a tad under ¼" wide and is a size 2 ½. Could be worn as a pinkie ring if you have teeny tiny hands I think. Inside it is also marked with an R.
