We are pleased to be offering today this pair of non matching gentleman’s and lady’s grapeback arm chairs that date from the 1870s to 1880s. They are in solid black walnut and they have been recovered in a beige fabric with an antique floral design. The fabric looks nice against the solid black walnut frame. Hand carved crest on the gent’s chair with grape leaves and berries and grapes and leaf carvings on the lady’s chair. The arm chair has rosettes on the arm chair. These would look great anywhere in the home. The overall size of the gent’s chair is 26 inches wide on the arms, 25 inches deep, 46 inches high to the crest, 16 inches high to the seat and 24 inches high on the arms. The overall size of the lady’s chair is 26 inches wide on the arms, 25 inches deep, 43 inches high to the crest, 16 inches high to the seat and 24 inches high on the arms. They are a couple of good looking Victorian chairs. Shipping starts at $265 if you are in our normal area. Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm that you are in our normal area. The further from New England you are the more the shipping can fluctuate.
