You can see ones like this in Jeanne Bell's antique jewelry book ( with much higher prices) and this one is very detailed. The two colors of gold ( filled) are rose and yellow. THe cameo is black onyx and has a long nose which helps date this to the mid 1800's. This brooch measures 2 3/4" long and has has at one time a catch replacement which was professionally done.
