$675.00
Quantity available: 1
This beautiful  victorian paste clear and garnet rhinestone  locket opens up to reveal the original date of  1874 on the inside. It is signed RBM Atrice ( RB MacDonald Company)around a stamping of a bee.  The honey-bee figure (symbolizing the letter "B")  along with the "Atrice" makes Beatrice. The name of the locket is "Little Beatrice.  From an estate, it was kept in a trinket box which I also have listed on etsy. .  The watch chain has the most unusual intricate heavy yellow and rose gold plated links. The inset paste tones create a beautiful design on the gold plated locket. You don't see these long ones very often.   How appropriate for a loved one?. The necklace measures 19 1/2" long and is one continuous chain with one closure that holds another drop with the locket that measures an additional 2 3/4" long. The locket opens and closes  well. Lots of patina on this. It has not been polished in order to keep its original patina. Sold as found. This is not solid gold. If this is shipped overseas it will have to go registered mail in order to protect it from loss. I will be glad to give you an estimate of the cost in advance.    VintageSparkles offers Layaway on all our  pieces regardless of which site it comes from. All layaway payments will need to be in the form of a check or money order only.  Please remember that vintage & antique items are not mint, nor are they perfect but they sure are full of old history and charm.
