18th C. English Chippendale Style Walnut Settee
A very fine Early example of delicately carved Walnut Settee in the Chippendale style, c. 1800. The frame has a gently shaped upper back with out swept arms and gently carved legs. The frame is sturdy yet delicate in appearance. The settee is upholstered in rich cream toned silk with nail head trim. There are Three Custom accompanying needlepoint pillows of a later date fabricated when upholstered.
