Lovely classic lines of an Art Deco solid sterling silver belt buckle by Paris of USA. Stamped on the back. Needs a professional polish by a jewelry repair person or a silversmith also to buff out the initial O and remove the thin hairline scratches in the upper left. Not as bad as it seems but I believe in truth in advertising. Satisfaction guaranteed.
