1920's oil lamp with reverse paint. Very pretty design on this frosted top leaf and floral design. Brass fittings with metal base. The clear glass center is painted and has a paper inlay which looks like a old post card circle. The paint is starting to flake off. It would be easy to fix if you wanted it to look perfect. Aprox 11 x 5". I have been told alot of these were made in Canada, but I am not sure where this one was made. No chips, very nice
