It was edited by Ruth Berolzheimer from the Culinary Arts Institute and published by Consolidated Book Publishers in 1951. This book is number 4 in a series of cookbooks called The Encyclopedia Of Cooking by the Culinary Arts Institute. There are black and white photos to go with many of the recipes in this 48 page book. This cookbook appears not to have been used. We consider it in excellent condition. It has some foxing due to age and there is a stain on the indide front cover. There is an old piece of masking tape with 40 written on it on the front cover. Old book. It measures approximately 9 x 6 inches wide.
