3 Footed Lacquered Papier Mache Bowl Brass Lined.  It is either old Persian  or from Kashmir India.  Perhaps made by the famous artist in the medium that went by the name of Suffering Moses. 

They measure 3" tall  and 5.25" across the top.  The inside of the bottom is also brass and are all marked on the bottom.  2 of them have a  flower pedal shaped mark in gold inlay.    The other bowl has a incomplete circle marking in blue paint.  It is not legible.  The outer design is hand painted with green flowers with gold leaves and vines.     The condition fair.  Each bowl has an issue or two of the surface coating being chipped off exposing the layer underneath.   These issue can be restored.   The brass has a dark patina.
