40's SHOWGIRL Vegas Vintage HUGE EARRINGS

These are some of the most bizarre and elaborate vintage Showgirl earrings I have seen in a long time. Loaded with lots of tiny seed pearls and flashing colors of aurora borealis rhinestones these peacock looking earrings look fabulous when on! Notice the difference when they are against the model's hair where they sparkle like little twinkling lights. WHen you see them on a flat surface you see that they are beaded on two sides ( shaped like half a walnut) and there are little tentacles of wire that hold the sparkling rhinestones. Add these to a display or your collection and I can guarantee you will get the conversation going! These are huge too( 2 1/2" long). THe backs are marked patent pending. These are in very good vintage condition with all their rhinestones on each of the little wire feathers. There are at least 100 tiny ivory color seed pearls with a few missing here and there ( look close and you can see how hard it it so spot the missing ones). THese are prettier in person and surely one of a kind. Vintage and antique items are not mint nor are they perfect.
