A Happy New Year Post Card. This is a nice color post card, printed in Germany. It has been postally used but I am unable to read the post mark, however it used a one cent stamp. On the front it has this lovely winter scene in a nice gold frame and the frame is in a raised design.. On the back it reads, P S Dresden, Series No 4823, printed in Germany.
