Hand made Beaded Collar Necklace of Black White  Czech Glass Seed Beads in a complex pattern.    It would look stunning against your neck or atop of a dress or blouse.      It is 3" wide and the length  is about 13" .   It is shorter at the top then the bottom thus creating a fanned look in addition to making it ruffle a bit.
