This isThe very popular Beaded Shell pattern in the form of a Mug from the early 1900's  The Carnival treatment looks great to me. This pattern has quickly became one of the most desirable of it's era. It stands 3 7/8" tall by 2 3/4" wide. It has great  rich electric blues, greens, golds and purples  for colors top to bottom. It is not signed, (NOR SHOULD IT BE).
