Ambassador Wines Are Better Wines Ad 1945 This is an August 11, 1945 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Wines of Fruit Industries, Ltd of San Francisco. Ad shows a bottle of Ambassador California Port sitting on a tray, on a table by a window looking over a vineyard. Filled wine glasses also on the tray. Ad reads, Only Ambassador wines are the top selection from each California Wine District. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 5 1/4 inches wide by 13 3/4 inches tall.
