This is an authentic Ushabti figurine from ancient Egypt, dating back to the period between 1200 and 300 BC. The figurine is made of turquoise glazed faience and is decorated with black hieroglyphic inscriptions. The Ushabti was a funerary figurine that was placed in tombs to serve and accompany the deceased in the afterlife. This particular Ushabti is a remarkable example of ancient Egyptian artisans' intricate and beautiful craftsmanship.

MEASUREMENTS: Height: approximately 8.7 cm (3 1/2 in).

CONDITION: No repairs or restoration with a nice showing its age patina.
