Antique sterling men's adjustable soft collar grip clip. This clip adjusts from 2 - 2-1/4". It is marked 1/20-12KT.G.F. but has lost its gold color through time or cleaning. T is a triangular hallmark which I cannot identify. Patent No. 2150020 is marked on the other side. Other than the loss of the gold, it is in excellent condition.
