Offering this very nice clean brake spring tool, marked "CORNWELL 1 32A" (looks more like COPNWELL) on the handle. They are in very nice shape, looks like to we never used. They came in a box with old cooper's tools in it. I don't know the specific name for these, but I've never seen another in this shape.
