We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful flame mahogany marble top pier table in the classic revival style that dates from the 1860's. This attractive and diminutive flame mahogany pier table features a Carrera white marble top having molded edge and serpentine sides and front. It rests on a conforming apron that is nicely decorated with a central floral cartouche and leaf tips. The top is joined to a wishbone or harp shaped base that has a framed mirror plate in the center. The base of this table is also decorated with a very nice series of carved scrolling leaf tips. The whole table is joined to and raised on a rectangular plinth enhanced with flame mahogany veneers where the whole terminates in scrolling feet. The overall size is 33 inches wide by 17 inches deep and overall height of 34.5 inches. The overall condition of the table is generally very fair. It has been repolished and cleaned which shows off the beautiful flame veneer. There are some minor veneer chips on base and the marble top was cracked and repaired. Please be sure to look at the numerous photos. Shipping starts at $185 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast. Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to obtain a quote for additional shipping outside of New England.
