A picture tile from the Minton Hollins series known as "Children's Games"; here, "Queue of boys, each with a bouquet to present to a girl" as Austwick describes it. The border is block-printed in deep blue on a white ground and the central picture is printed in a paler shade of blue to very nice effect. The tile is in very good condition with and upper edge nick toward right and a smaller lower edge nick near left; it is finished in a fine glossy glaze. Please write with any questions you may have.
