Antique Grandfather Clock with Tubes by Hanson Clock Company #21368
This antique grandfather clock is in mahogany with fluted columns, grillwork on the door, bevel glass on the face door, time and strike, Westminster chimes, all the buttons, brass and silver engraved face, all the numbers are straight, moon dial and the strike and silent. This antique grandfather clock is in really nice condition dating from the 1920s era and is marked Hanson clock Co. It has a beautiful mahogany case with glass sides, and the grill work is all intact on the door. The works are dirty and need to be cleaned; this clock would be beautiful if you wanted to pay to have this fully serviced. We know a gentleman that does this service; he greases everything, polishes everything up, replaces the bushings and oils everything up. It really is worth the money to have him do it, but it takes 60 days or so to get into his schedule. If I was going to put a clock in my home, then I would send it over to him first! He also works on musical instruments! The overall size is 83.5 tall by 23.75 at the widest point and 18.5 deep. This clock does not have the crank, but we will order one and have it prior to delivery. The top of the pendulum (the feather) has been replaced poorly and should be replaced. We do not assemble clocks upon delivery. Shipping starts at $385 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to obtain a quote for shipping outside of New England.
