Antique Primitive Swing Arm Towel Rack

Unavailable
Antique primitive swing arm wood towel rack, with 3 arms and wood wall bracket. This primitive piece is made entirely of wood, with the exception of the metal rod that connects the swing arms and a couple of nails. The towel rack has thick alligatored peach paint and traces of green paint underneath; much of the swing arms are worn to bare wood. Two ball-shaped end caps are inserted in the wall bracket with peg ends and secured with nails. The dowel-shaped swing arms are thicker at the bracket ends and rounded at the outer ends. The bracket measures approximately 6 inches high, 1.25 inches wide, and .75 inch deep. The swing arms are about 13.25 inches long and .5 inch in diameter. This piece would be great for kitchen or hand towels. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition. Shipping / packaging will be $7.50.
