Antique Signed Delft Tile from The Porcelain Bottle / De Porceleyne Fles

Unavailable
Antique Royal Delft tile, from the late 1900's, painted and signed by prominent artist J. H. Wysmuller, featured in the book "Dutch Painters of the Nineteenth Century", published 1898-1901. This traditional Delft tile was produced by The Porcelain Bottle (De Porceleyne Fles) which is the only genuine Royal Delft factory. The tile is signed on the front by the artist, and has The Porcelain Bottle trademark, initials, and the number 74 on the back. The painting features a windmill and several boats in a harbor scene. The tile is in very good condition, considering its age. There is some very old chipping around the edges, some minor pitting, discoloration, and surface scratches, and a small hairline (about an inch on the left side.) The signature is clear and legible, and the painting is detailed in a beautiful Delft blue. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition. Shipping and handling will be $7.50. Insurance is available.
