Lovely 2.25 inch long sterling silver Victorian Art Nouveau watch fob/folding knife. Very ornate design with not monogram, no initials. Can use a good polishing and the two blades need to be buffed out. Very stylish and can be used as a watch fob or just as a pocket knife piece. They just don't make em they way they used to.
