Offered today is a beautiful professionally refinished Mahogany banquet dining table that opens to ten feet 8 inches!! Dating from the 1880's era. The round top with matched grain and beveled edge over the conforming molded apron. The center pedestal with geometric designs raised on four out swept legs with acanthus leaf carvings and scrolled volutes and scrolled foliate feet. The pedestal separates when the table is extended, exposing a central mahogany leg which supports the center of the table. The table is accompanied by four matching 21 1/2" wide leaves; each with apron. This is a fine quality, handmade example that has been professionally refinished and hand polished within the last ten years. The overall size is 47 inches round by 31 inches high. When you install the 4 skirted leaves that are 21 inches wide the table is almost 11 feet!! Overall condition is fully restored in the last ten years in vibrant naturally mahogany color.
