Silver Footed Napkin Holder GOTTLIEB KURZ 835 GERMANY . It is hallmarked on the bottom and measures 6" long x 2.75" tall and approx 1.25" depth. The condition is excellent with the exception of the dark patina. It has a scalloped edge with an art deco wave pattern.
