Art Deco Snarling Cat Chrome Candy Serving Dish USA BY Diecasters Inc Ridgefield NJ . It marked on the bottom with a " DC. Made in the USA, Registered Pat. Off. US Pat. NOS. 98596167.703" It measures 7.25" long and 5" wide. The condition is good but there are pock marks on the smooth surface of the tray. It could use a good buffing. The bottom side is textures with a cork padding.
