Art Nouveau Cameo Tortoise Celluloid Belt Buckle. The celluloid buckle has an oil like sheen that projects subtle array of color. Centered is a bronze medallion profile cameo . I call it a cameo however this may not be the correct way to describe this lovely depiction of this lady in relief. She has scarf covered head with a lacy bodice and is framed with ornate details. This is one of the prettiest old celluloid buckles I have come across in a long thime. The condition is excellent for age.
