Native American Ceremonial Rattle . It is composed of turtle shell with stones inside and decorated with leather, metal and glass beads. Plus it has rabbit fur trim. The handle is wood wrapped with leather. Then there is the fringe with beads and metal tubing that clang together to make noise. The total length including the trip is 25". The condition is excellent. I don't think it is an antique but it is authentic Native American craft.
