A family from the hills, hillbillys, are standing and looking at some clothes that are hanging on the line. Woman is doing wash in old wash tub. Big red circle of cloth on seat of pair of underpants hanging on line. Rafe is using it as target practice. One is saying Aint that the Jap flag Cousin Gulp took of a Rear Admiral.
