Avon Dove on Nest

Avon's Dove on Nest is a lovely addition to a collection of the older chicken-on-nest dishes. It is made of milk glass with nice detail on the bird itself as well as the nest. The piece measures 5" high and 4" in diameter. Some say this piece was designed to hold an Avon scented candle, and they are probably right. It could also be used as a trinket dish, or to hold nuts or candy (M&M's ?). Excellent condition.
