Bell Telephone New Yorks Wires Under River Ad 1932 This is an October 1932 advertisement. It is a nice black and white ad from Bell System. Ad shows a huge crane lifting a 78 ton section of pipe and placing it on the river bottom. Diver is ready to go below to join sections of conduit. It reads, Carrying New Yorks telephone wire under a river. Ad tells how this is done. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 5 1//4 inches wide by 9 inches tall.
