This is a nice clean old bicycle wrench marked "P. L. MFG NEWARK N.J. MADE IN USA". It also has a U.S. mark on the reverse side I think is a military mark. It's in good working condition, the jaw slide is a bit loose, works fine. The jaws have a few burrs on the edges. About 70% of the nickel plating is intact. A nice old wrench!
