Black Pottery Pot Bowl with Built in Flower Frog, Signed

Black Pottery Pot  Bowl with Built in Flower Frog, Signed .   Has lovely geometric and abstract " wave" lines design features that remind me of Native American Pottery or that  Mata Ortiz .   It has a matte glaze and a built in spike flower frog.    It is 7.5" wide x 3.5" tall.    It is flying saucer shaped.     It is signed on the bottom with what looks like Rhu Shu.   But I am unable to to locate any information on this potter.    The condition is excellent.
