Blown Glass  Crystal Snail Paperweight .  It measrues about 4.5" long x 3.25" tall and 1.5" deep.  It is unsigned but very well made.  Looks like the snals  made by Baccarat.    The condition is excellent.  There is a manufacturing speck inside the glass.  It looks like a  bubble cluster.   The rest only has but very few bubbles.
