Blown Glass Hobnail Folded Ruffle Vase / Dark Green Olive Amber.  There is no label but it looks like Italian Empoli glass .

The hobnail are very prominent especially towards the bottom.   Very interesting folded ruffle or pedals on the top.   The vase is 8.5" tall and about 5" at the base.  It is heavy.  The bottom has a pontil scar  that has been polished smooth .

The condition is excellent.
