Blown Glass Pendant, Dichroic Glass, Fanciful Nebula or Oceanic Creature

This is a very beautiful piece of art glass that you can wear.   A high dome of clear glass over dagger like projections that transparent and appear to be bluer at the base and creamy moon glow at the points.  They are hovering above a roundish transparent cloud like orb.  So behind this all is the shimmering of the dichroic glass that is an amazing celestial blue.  When held at a particular angle there appear to be some planetary vision.      I cannot decide is the piece looks celestial, like some bizarre nebula vs a close up of   ocean coral polyp.      It is1 5/8 inches x 2 3/8 inches.  

It comes on a black suede cord.
