Blown  Art Glass Serving or Fruit Bowl  Peachy  Amber glass with Rings.   It is not signed but a very nice piece .  It measures  10.5" across top and the sides slope down to being 3.75" across the bottom at the base.   It is 5.5" high.      The rings are smooth on the inside but ridges on the outer side.   

It is a heavy even though it looks fragile.   There condition is very good.  There are a few scratches on the botton from shelf wear.
