Out standing  sterling silver and   art glass Millefori work  blue glass heart with flower by Millefiori tm .  It is a large pendant .   The heart pendant is about  1.25" from bale to tip and   over .75" across.   

The color are vivid and the artistry is exquisite.    It is signed on the back  Millefiori TM... and it has a flower stamp as a logo.   It comes on a long 22.5" sterling chain .  The chain is nice and thick.  The chain alone is 4.3 grams.   Then chain and the heart together are 13.8 grams.  

The condition is excellent.   It is really very pretty and unusual.
