Blue Jasperware Wedgwood style Greek Shepherdess Cigarette Holder.   

 

It is signed on the bottom with an ink stamp but I cannot make out what it says.  It is a word and not numbers.   It is cylinder shape with the bottom that flare out with a cathedral like pattern with is white on the front.    The woman is a shepherdess with a sheep by her side and she is holding a staph in one hand and a water or wine vessel in the other .  The condition is excellent..
