Beautiful Blue Satin Glass Vase that has a  hand painted leaves, scrolls and draping points done in gold leaf and enamel.  The dark colors are a maroon.    The vase is 7" tall.   There are marking on the bottom but I don't know what it means. 

Some of the leaves appear to show some wear.  Most of the gold leaf is intact but the center band is not as lustrous as one would expect.
