A nice little (4 1/2 x 2 x 2) bronze statue of the Buddhist Goddess Tara.  This is very well carved and no mold marks (seams) can be seen which leads me to think this was a sand casting.  Weight is about 1 1/2 lbs.  A very good item for your collection.
