Boeing Skyscraper Ad 1945 This is a January 13, 1945 advertisement. It is a nice black and white ad from Boeing. Ad reads, Stand where you can look at one single part of the Boeing B 29 Superfortress, the huge tail, tall as a three story house. Size alone is not the remarkable thing about the B29. There has never been a plane that would carry as heavy a bomb load so far, so fast or so high. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/2 inches wide by 13 1/2 inches tall.
