Authentic G2 U.S. Navy Bureau of Aeronautics Leather Bomber Jacket. It is made by Avirex Limited, New York, New York. The size is a medium. It is the real thing, not a knockoff, copy or cheap import. Made from real thick heavy high quality brown leather. The lining is cotton.

It has a slight worn look to it that is very desirable with these jackets. The tanning process contributes to it's patina. All of this is explained on inside label. (see picture). Some of the wear in some areas such as on the end of the sleeves and the left pocket facing may be a little more natural wear. However it is certainly not considered damaged in any way. The zipper, cuff and waist band are all in great shape.

There are 4 pockets on the front. Two are deep zippered pockets then on top of that is two slash pocket for putting her hands in. On the inside left there is a secret slash pocket that snaps. The lining depicts an old WW2 Aeronautics Scene. There is an extra panel to make the armpit area fit comfortable. That leather panel has vent hole grommets. The back is tailored with an extra panel for a comfortable fit and adds to the styling.
