Elsie is wrapping presents and she is saying. ""I've found the secret for an inexpensive Christmas"" Elmer says, How funny can you get? Ask the guy who pays the bills. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 9 3/4"" wide by 13 1/2"" tall.
