Bordens Don't Be a Pig Ad 1943 This is a July 5, 1943 advertisement It is a nice color ad from The Borden Company.Pictures Elsie the Cow and Elmer the Bull at the ice cream fountain in the drug store. Seems as though they are out of ice cream until tomorrow and Elmer is unhappy about it. Elsie says, ""Now Elmer, don't be a pig about shortages."" In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/4"" wide by 13"" tall.
