This 13.75" wall plaque by Bossons features a scene called "The Departure". It is a  high  relief village scene with a horse drawn mail/passenger carriage being loaded up while villagers mill around or look on.
 
This plaque is in fair condition with some patches of paint loss .. On the back is quite a bit of paint loss.     Both issues are very restorable.
