This is a cute little fella!!! It is a little stork broock marked: Made in Mexico and Silver on the back. It has a bezel set eye. I do not know what the eye is made of. It measures approx. 2 1/4"X1 1/4". I do believe it dates from the 1930's to 1940's. The shipping fees quoted are for priority/No insurance in USA.
