I do believe this is a "new old stock" brooch. I don't hink it has ever been worn, it is too bright and the stones are not scratched or anything. The stones are all prong/hand set. They are clear and a lovely dark/emerald green.It looks like several of the "arms" on the spoke have been cut off. This appears to have been done when originaly made, not something that happened later. It measures approx. 2 1/4" across. The shipping fes quoted are for priority/No insurance in USA.
